Retail Assistant Manager, Edmonton AB
Are you a self-motivated, dynamic leader who can build a strong internal team as well as promote positive customer relationships? All-West Glass Edmonton is looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to assist and support the Branch Manager in providing effective leadership of the retail team while working towards growth and high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting performance goals, motivating the team, coaching, training, customer service, opening/closing, cash procedures, merchandising, and order processing.
Qualifications:
Supervisory sales/customer service experience
Completion of Grade 12 (post secondary education an asset)
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Ability to resolve conflicts/problems independently within a changing environment
Experience with Windows & Doors (Finish Carpentry) is an asset
