NEW ENERGY-EFFICIENT WINDOWS

Our most popular energy-efficient windows are those made of low-E glass with argon. In these windows, the air inside the unit is replaced with argon gas. Argon is heavier than air and isn’t in continuous motion. Therefore, hot and cold air transference is greatly reduced. Argon also provides additional insulation; together with the low-E coating, it creates highly energy-efficient windows.
WINDOW GLASS REPLACEMENT AND RETROFITTING
If you’re on a budget and your window frames are still in good condition, did you know you can simply replace your old or damaged window glass? At All-West Glass, we can retrofit your window frames with high-quality window glass to improve insulation, limit UV exposure and minimize glare. The frame itself remains intact, and the glass and other components are removed and replaced. This is an especially good option for homes with heritage status.
WINDOW INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
After our technicians are comfortable with the details of the job, they’ll start by removing your old windows and glass. You don’t have to worry about the old windowpanes lying around — we dispose of them for you. After removing the old window system, we’ll measure the opening to ensure it’s square and even.
During the installation process, we follow strict guidelines, such as replacing or installing new trim, applying metal flashings, using the right amount of caulking to ensure a weatherproof seal and plugging the gaps between your window and the frame with foam insulation.
