“After having some work done at your Edmonton facility yesterday afternoon, I feel that I must give you some feed back regarding the service. It is very rare these days that one receives service which is above average, and, more often than not, it is toward the other end of the spectrum. I brought our ‘98 Volvo tractor unit in for a windshield replacement and left feeling like I had received outstanding service. Here are the main reasons: I was looked after promptly. Your receptionist was not only friendly but very much on the ball at all times, both on the phone and in person. She called me by name when addressing me, a very nice professional touch, and made sure that I knew exactly what was happening. Your shop man as well was very professional. He made a point of coming to the front shortly after seeing me arrive, to let both me and the receptionist know that the unit would be going soon. The job was finished almost to the minute I was promised. He cleaned all my other windows and mirrors! To me, this really adds a nice touch. All these things added up to make me feel that my business was really appreciated, and I find that to be a rare thing these days. Pricing as well was I felt very reasonable. Please pass on my thinks to your staff, and let them know that their efforts were much appreciated. I will be back, and I will recommend you whenever it is appropriate.”
